may be necessary due to seasonal conditions.

Encryption
Encryption is a process by which we use software to scramble sensitive
information while it is in transit to hanaflowers.com. It is based

SHIPPING
CHARGES AND OPTIONS
All orders will be shipped using Nationwide 2 day Service and there will be a $25.00 charge. (This includes packing and handling). This would ensure that your package will be delivered in two days, both to the East Coast and to the West Coast. If you require the package to be delivered to the West Coast using Standard Overnight Service the charge will be $30.00. All deliveries to the Hawaiian Islands will be charged $15.00 for shipping.
Due to FedEx pricing rules and regulations, any order that requires Priority Overnight service (including but not limited to Saturday delivery and all international deliveries) will be charged $35.00. Saturday and Sunday deliveries are not available to Hawaii. Federal Express does not pick up on weekends.
Note: For all Standard Overnight Service, we ship Monday through Wednesday to the West Coast (west of the Rockies) for 2 day afternoon delivery. Standard Overnight Service to the West Coast we ship Monday through Thursday. We ship Monday through Wednesday to Eastern destinations (east of the Rockies). We ship Monday and Tuesday to Canada. If you require an earlier delivery, Priority Shipping is available for 35.00 and this will insure the delivery before 12:00 noon.
All International Shipping to Canada requires Priority International Shipping ($35.00), plus $20.00 international duty taxation. Due to possible delays in customs, hanaflowers.com cannot guarantee delivery dates on shipments to Canada. Shipments are usually delivered between 2 to 4 days depending on postal code. Please call for further information. Due to international agricultural regulations, we do not ship to any other countries.
NOTE: All shipments to Hawaii will be charged a 4% state tax.
Due to FedExR rules and regulations, all orders which require an address correction (zip code, apt. number, etc.) will be charged an additional $10.
We offer Secured On-Line Ordering. All information is encrypted for secure transmission.
